  Turning in time?

  i have a problem.

  my hubby and i are tying to fade out completely, but we ran into a snag.

  my in-laws showed up with a stack of time slips and said that they will turn them in for us if we fill them out.

  You make it look as if Witnesses lie all the time in quite trivial things to promote their religion. That is false.

  In My my country, Czech republic, when JW asked to be acknoweldged by government (in 1993) they were asked by the Ministry of culture (responsible for religion) three simple questions. One them was:

  Do JW teach their members are not allowed to accept blood transfusions? Do JW teach a parent should avoid blood transfusion of their child, even in the threat of death?

  JW (czech branch coordinators) have answerd: NO, JW DO NOT TEACH THAT.

  This was publicly revealed in media and turned to be a big shame and many JW had left because of that.

  Sorry Jordan, JW DO LIE.... Just face the facts...

  i will start....i can speak conversational albanian....thanks to the foreign language field...really useful in everyday life as a cleaner....sniff...why didnt i pick mandarin?

  ..would be useful when they take over the world....but one day i will find an albanian to talk to ...that or a needle in a haystack....the emmerdalian world of jw's

  dear congo,.

  i was df'ed for apostasy (brother-in-law caught me on this web site in march of 2007) and since my judicial committee in april of 2007 and subsequent divorce in october of 2007 i never looked back.

  3 years later, my son (12 years old) is completely out (has only attended the memorial since leaving), and my daughter (10) is fading as best she can.

  My dear congregation,

  once in a month I visit a public talk in your KH with my wife, just to ensure the level of brainwashing my wife is exposed to, is not too high.

  If I wouldnt acompay my wife, I know your elders would work hard to convince her she should not obey me, because Iam spiritually weak. I wish I could write a DA letter, but its not possible yet. I still have one important mission to acomplish: To make sure my kids will never ever become members of any destructive cult, for example JW. So I teach them about freedom, honesty, mind control, cults and stuff like that. My son especially likes when I tell him stories about Judge Rutherford and Uncle Russel and his Pyramids.

  Every day I focus on the day, when my kids will be safely out and I will be able to show you one of my fingers.... I know exactly which one it will be....

  In the only true religion - if a child is molested by its representative - should the child be asked to provide extra witness of the deed?

  And if there is no other witness - should he/she be denied help and should he/she be ordered to shut up?

  I dont know where and who is Alpaca, but my friend is using couchsurfing often (actually at this moment she is as a coach surfer in India). She says its great and it works good - you can enjoy free accomodation and to meet local people wherever you travel...

  Can JW really imagine what it is to live FOREVER?

  dinosaurs lived here some 100 000 000 years ago.

  pangea splited into continents some 300 000 000 years ago.

  Dinosaurs lived here some 100 000 000 years ago

  Pangea splited into continents some 300 000 000 years ago

  Earth was created some 4 000 000 000 years ago

  Whole Universe came to the existence some 15 000 000 000 years ago

  And 100 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 years from now, you as a JW with your JW wife/husband will still be on Earth, petting lions and planting vegetables on your garden, thinking the billions and trillions of years you experienced is just a begining, eternity is just ahead and will be soooo long ....

  Do you really want to live forever on Earth?

  In fact, I believe eternal life, would be a nightmare...

  ESCAPE - Great book to share with JW you know

  recently i bought a great book "escape" by carolyn jessop.

  this lady was born in a fundamental polygamist mormon comunity and managed to escape with all her 8 kids in 2003. she wrote this book as her life story.. its on one hand interesting to see how ridiculous the life in their community is and on the othe other hand its so similar to jw.... discouraging higher educationbelieving everything out of their religion is satanicblindly following what their "prophet" (fds) sayswomen must be obedient to husbands in everythingspanking kids is following gods commandno holidays and no christmassmy wife still is a jw, but this book really is an eye opener for jw.

  its not "apostate", it is exposing "false religion", so there is nothing wrong for jw to read it - i strongly recommend this book if you want to help them to see how stupid some aspects of jw life is.. btw - do you recommend some other books that jw would read, but could help them to wake up?.

  My wife still is a JW, but this book really is an eye opener for JW.

  It just reinforces the JW's paranoia complex. Better to hit them where it hurts: in the pocket. Tax them like the business that they are.

  Agree on that. Also providing information to the public about cults is important. People i Russia are are so unaware and easy to be caught by cults...
